The attendees included leaders of the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism of Quang Binh province, the Tourism Promotion Center of Quang Binh province, Consulate General of Vietnam in Khonkean and more than 40 tourism business enterprises of Quang Binh province (Vietnam) and Khonkean, Udonthani, Sakhonphanom, Nakhonphanom and Mucdahan provinces (Thailand).

At the conference, a representative of the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism of Quang Binh province highlighted the necessity of cooperation and development of tourism between Quang Binh province and the northeastern provinces of Thailand and spread the image of tourism potential of Quang Binh, landscapes, tourist routes, tourism products and services...

The conference also spent time to listen to representatives of the northeastern provinces of Thailand to exchange and share experience in tourism management and make a great contribution to development of tourist services in Quang Binh province.

On this occasion, the Quang Binh delegation paid a visit to tourist sites of Thailand including Royal Palace, Golden Pagoda, Yanawa Pagoda (Bangkok) and Safari World Park.
