The event is a part of the 1st open Quang Binh traditional boat race festival, aiming to diversify cultural and entertainment activities, especially activities on the waterways, helping attract international and domestic tourists to Quang Binh province.

Reportedly, the yacht parade draw the participation of 15 sailing boats with 03 meters in length, 03-04 meters in height and 06 meters in width. The sailing boat is made of new material PPC (Copolymer Polypropylene Polystone) from Europe.

Besides, a series of activities will also take place during the yacht parade program such as experiencing a day as a sailor on the yacht for tourists, visiting yacht exhibition and sailing boats on the river, yacht parade and show from ancient lighthouse to Nhat Le 2 bridge...

Through this yacht parade program on the Nhat Le river, it will contribute to overcome a decrease in number of tourists to Quang Binh in the past time. This is also the premise to organize the annual yacht parade and boat race festival in the following years.
