Quang Binh invites two British experts to promote cave tourism to the world

(Quang Binh Website) - The Oxalis Company Limited invited two British experts to promote Quang Binh cave tourism to the world and train tour guides for exploring adventure tourism, Mr Nguyen Chau A, Director of the Oxalis Company said on November 4.

According to Mr Nguyen Chau A, Mr Howard Limbert and his wife will come to Phong Nha - Ke Bang to focus on training tour guides for the Oxalis Company Limited and evaluating safety for the Oxalis tour routes; act as a advisor for safe projects and adventure skills in the tropical jungle; and train skills for adventure tourism on caving and trekking.

Especially, Mr H.Limbert and his wife will promote cave tourism to the world through taking the film crews from America and Europe to shoot films on cave system in Quang Binh.

H.Limbert couple and their partners have spent over 20 years of exploring caves in Vietnam and discovering nearly 200km of caves in Quang Binh. Dr Howard is credited with bringing Phong Nha - Ke Bang to become a world natural heritage with the criteria of geology and geomorphology. He also helps the world have more aware of Vietnam’s beauty and the world’s biggest cave, Son Doong, in Quang Binh.
