Accordingly, the Tan Lam Trading Service Company, Limited is permitted to pilot the tourist route of Vietnam - Laos - Thailand by motor via the Cha Lo International Border Gate to Dong Hoi city, Quang Binh province.

The route's specific itinerary is as follows, the first day: Cha Lo - Thien Duong (Paradise) Cave - Phong Nha Cave - Dong Hoi (overnight stay in Dong Hoi city); the second day: Dong Hoi - Da Nhay Beach - General Vo Nguyen Giap's grave - Princess Lieu Hanh temple - Dong Hoi (overnight stay in Dong Hoi city); the third day: Dong Hoi - Hoang Phuc pagoda - General Vo Nguyen Giap's commemorative house - Cha Lo.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Tourism in coordination with the Department of Transport, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Provincial Public Security, the Provincial Headquarter of Border Guards, Department of Customs and related units to instruct and supervise the Tan Lam Trading Service Company, Limited to launch tourist route on a pilot basis.
