Quang Binh ranked seventh in the 2021 Vietnam Tourism Competitiveness Index

(Quang Binh Portal) - That is information from the results of a pilot project on building the 2021 Vietnam Tourism Competitiveness Index (VTCI) by the Tourism Advisory Board (TAB) in collaboration with the Private Economic Development Research Board (Board IV) has just announced.

Accordingly, Quang Binh is a province where human resources, tourism and natural resources are highly appreciated; indicators of security - safety, health and hygiene, priority for tourism, environmental sustainability are rated quite high.

It is known that the 2021 VTCI project was funded by the European Union (EU), thoroughly researched and evaluated the tourism competitiveness of 15 Vietnamese provinces and cities based on the different criteria to rank the competitiveness of Vietnam's tourist destinations, and to build orientations for Vietnam's tourism development in the future.

Quang Binh is a locality with rich tourism resources that are rarely found anywhere else. In recent years, Quang Binh province has made efforts to improve administrative reform in order to create an open environment in handling administrative procedures to lurebig investors to invest in Quang Binh.

To adapt to the "new normal" period, the province's tourism industry has promoted the development of digital "ecosystems" such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Zalo, etc., contributing to bringing Quang Binh tourism image closer to domestic as well as international visitors.

Currently, in the context of the tourism industry facing many difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, but with the efforts of all levels, sectors, local authorities, the province's tourism industry is highly appreciated in the results of the VTCI Project. This is the clearest evidence for Quang Binh tourism - dynamic, hospitable, innovative, safe and different.
