“I want to scream aloud because the Son Doong cave is so beautiful”

(Quang Binh Portal) - It is the remark of a reader with nickname MrPhamninh after watching a six-minute video clip about Son Doong Cave - the world"s largest cave, of an American photographer, Ryan Deboodt, has recently posted online.

Photographer Ryan Deboodt and a team of explorers spent 10 hours meandering through the cave to collect footage for this six-minute video, which is worth all 379 seconds.

Ryan Deboodt shared with the Daily Mail that this is the 3rd time he has visited Son Doong cave in Quang Binh province, Vietnam.

Deboodt says he was shooting with a Canon 6D and 16-35mm lens on the ground and a DJI Phantom 2 and GoPro HERO4 Black from the air.

“Son Doong cave looks like otherworldly beauty. I have made video clip Son Doong cave during 8 days. When caving you must be careful and strict adherence to the guidance of the chief. Inside the cave, I found myself becoming a tiny person strangely". Ryan Deboodt said.

Son Doong Cave in Quang Binh province, Vietnam, is the world’s largest cave - one chamber is more than 3 miles long, 660 feet high and 490 feet wide. But just calling Hang Son Doong a cave almost does it a disservice. With its own river, microclimate and jungle, Hang Son Doong is more than a cave; it’s a world unto itself.
