 (Quang Binh Portal) - The Vietnam Record Organization (VietKings) has recently announced a list of Vietnam"s top 100 special foods in the 2011-2016 period, including tarpon hotpot "Lau ca khoai" of Quang Binh province.

To cook Tarpon hotpot is quite simple, first cutting the fish into third or four parts (depends on the shape of fish).
