Dong Hoi ''Khoai'' pancake
“Khoai” pancake is one of the special Dong Hoi dishes. It somewhat resembles a taco.
It features a crispy and greasy flat pancake which is filled with shrimp, pork, bean sprouts and accompanied by dips made e.g. from peanut or pork liver.
