Reducing entrance fees for tourism products in 2022

(Quang Binh Portal) - On August 17, the Department of Tourism said that at the second session, the 18th Provincial People"s Council passed a resolution on reducing entrance fees for tourism products in Quang Binh province in 2022.

Accordingly, reducing 20% of collecting fees for tourism products: Phong Nha and Tien Son caves; Mooc stream eco-tourism site; Thien Duong cave and Me Bong Con cave; Chay river - Dark cave tourist route; The Botanical Garden eco-tourism and environmental interpretation site in the Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. The application period is from January 1, 2022, to the end of December 31, 2022.

Reducing 50% of collecting fees from January 1, 2022, to the end of December 31, 2022, for tourism products: the route "Phong Nha Cave - Discover the mysterious depth"; the route "Rao Thuong - En cave - Nuoc Lanh cave"; the route of Sinh Ton valley - Thuy Cung cave; the route “Hang Va, Nuoc Nut cave - different experiences”; the route to explore Tu Lan cave system; the route "Conquering Son Doong - The world's largest cave"; the route "Explore Hamada valley - Tra Ang cave"; the route to explore Dai A, Over, Pygmy caves; the route "Hoa Son - Ruc Mon cave".

It is known that due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Quang Binh's tourism has been severely affected. Travel companies and tourism businesses have implemented many major changes, restructuring, and re-planning development strategies for business. Therefore, the reduction of entrance fees to tourist spots in the province in 2022 aims at removing difficulties for businesses, implementing tourism stimulus policies and gradually recovering the Quang Binh tourism.
