Quang Binh food displayed in the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival
(Quang Binh Website) - In order to mark the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi and the 310th anniversary of Nguyen Huu Canh’s death, the Quang Binh Tourism Promotion Center organised to introduce the Quang Binh food pavilion at the HCM city"s 6th Tourism Festival.

Quang Binh's culinary specialities, such as Chao Hau (rice gruel with barnacle) (Quang Ninh), Chao Canh (Rice spaghetti cooked with shrimp, crab or meat) (Ba Don), Banh duc (rice cake made of rice flour, and lime water), Banh xeo (rice pancake folded in half) (Quang Hoa, Quang Trach) are directly processed on the spot and introduced to the visitors.
