This year’s festival included a wide range of activities such as incense-offering ceremony at But water fall, volleyball competition, traditional sports and folk games.

Besides, the district also coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade and domestic enterprises to organise a trade fair themed "Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnam products", "Bringing Viet products to rural areas".

A music performance was taken place with the participation of the two cultural villages: Ba Nuong village and Yen Phu village in Xuan Hoa commune, contributing to enhancing the culture life and spirit of local people.

The opening ceremony of the full moon festival was also held on lunar March 14th evening with many performances in praise of the Party, Uncle Ho and culture of the ethnic minority groups in the district.

The culture, sport and tourism week and the traditional full moon festival in Minh Hoa district attracted thousands of local people and tourists.

This was an opportunity for ethnic minority people to meet and exchange goods. It was also a chance for Minh Hoa district to popularise its tourism potentials to foreign and domestic tourists.
