According the report of the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, there has been nearly 1 million tourists to Quang Binh province from early year to now, reached 83% from the yearly plan.

In order to develop Quang Binh tourism in the forthcoming time, especially in the remaining months of the year, the Department focuses on tourism promotion plan in Nakhon Phanom province (Thailand) and Vientiane (Laos), organizes a series of activities to associate tourism of the North Central provinces; strengthen introduction of unique tourism products to foreign and domestic tourists, and popularize activities to mark the 410th anniversary of establishment of Quang Binh province.

In meanwhile, the Department also plans to attract foreign and domestic investors to Quang Binh, bringing Quang Binh tourism more and more developed, contributing to implementing socio-economic development tasks of the province.
