Quang Binh: tourism destination

Quang Binh has a lot of potentials and advantages to develop tourism. This is the home for famous landscapes and primitive forests such as Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, world natural heritage, Bang mineral hot spring, Da Nhay - Ly Hoa and historical relics of Cu Nam, Canh Duong, Cha Lo, Tam Co and Vung Chua - Dao Yen.
According to the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, total number of tourists to Quang Binh in 2013 was estimated to reach 1,200 billion VND, an increase of 138% against the same period last year.
In order to promote tourism development, Quang Binh has mobilized all resources to improve infrastructure and open new tours, making a good impression on visitors to Quang Binh. The tourism sector also paid attention to tourism connection, information exchange and cooperation between travel agencies to create favorable conditions for visitors to Quang Binh.

Son Doong Cave listed in top 15 of the most majestic caves in the world
In 2014, the tourism sector strives to welcome 1,300,000 arrivals, of which 40,000 international arrivals. Turnover from tourism expects to reach VND1,300 billion. The sector will strengthen policies for investment attraction, socialize management of tourist products and develop infrastructure.
In addition, the sector will speed up connection of tourism, promote international cooperation and expand tourism market to lure tourists to Quang Binh.
