Quang Binh Tourism Association (QBTA) is a voluntary professional social organisation of individuals and organisations of all economic sectors operating in the field of tourism in the province. QBTA is the organisation representing and protecting the right and legal interest of its members. QBTA aims to associate, cooperate and assist each other in terms of economy and technique in the profession and market stabilization in the business of service, so as to improve the quality of products and the foreign and domestic competitiveness of all members.

Addressing the congress, Province Vice-chairman Tran Cong Thuat recorded the effort of the Quang Binh Tourism Association and asked the provincial agencies and units to create a favourable condition for the Quang Binh Tourism Association to operate effectively, contributing to the development of tourism in the province.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of QBTA including 15 members. Mr Vuong Tan Loc, Director of Sai Gon - Quang Binh Tourism JSC is voted chairman of QBTA for the 2009-2013 tenure.
