Offering flexible and friendly service & low cost policy, Vietjet operates the inaugural flight between Dong Hoi and Ho Chi Minh City in order to meet the needs of tourism, trading exchange for the two cities.

In the first period, the new route will initially operate seven round trips per week from Monday to Sunday. The flight duration per section is one hours and 35 minutes. The flight will depart Ho Chi Minh City at 10.20am and arrive in Dong Hoi at 11.55am. Coming in the opposite direction, the flight will depart Dong Hoi at 12.40pm and land in Ho Chi Minh City at 14.15pm.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee speaks at the ceremony

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee praised the efforts of Vietjet Air in opening the flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Hoi and expressed his hope that Vietjet Air would further promote cooperation program with the province.

Quang Binh will create all favorble conditions for Vietjet to operate its flight effectively and asked related agencies in coordination with Vietjet to implement cooperation programs with the province in the coming time, he said.

Welcoming passengers at Dong Hoi airport

Earlier, Dong Hoi airport officially welcomed the first flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Dong Hoi of Vietjet Air on May 10, 2015 at 13:00 pm.
