Chay Lap Farmstay is a community-based tourism area which was initially supported by the Quang Binh Greater Mekong Subregion Sustainable Tourism Development Project in 2011 with a total scale of four collective guest houses and a garden and breeding farming.

In order to improve efficiency and create more jobs for local people, the Provincial People's Committee allowed Oxalis Company to lease and develop Chay Lap Farmstay.

Accordingly, Oxalis received and started construction to upgrade Chay Lap Farmstay to become an international-standard resort from November 2015 to mid-March 2016.

At present, Chay Lap Farmstay is designed with 27 accommodations, restaurant, pool, bar, garden farming and water sports.

Coming to Chay Lap Farmstay, visitors will experience an idyllic blend of rural relaxation and hospitality, with the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park on the doorstep, and tranquil river life just a short stroll or bicycle away. Chay Lap Farmstay is the ideal starting point from which to venture further afield and discover the region’s magnificent caves, natural beauty and minority villages.

With more than 50 workers, including 90% of Quang Binh people who are trained by professional experts for a long time, Chay Lap Farmstay will an interesting addresss with high quality for domestic and foreign visitors.
