Accordingly, the deparments, unions, localities and travel business enterprises are required to advertise and publish information and banners to popularize the flights on their websites; broadcast on the radio system of communes, wards and towns, LED panels and large plates in the open air at the greeting gates and the central area of the districts, towns and city.

In addition, the travel agents shall build tourism programmes using Quang Binh - Hai Phong flight and implement stimulus activities to lure tourists to Quang Binh and Hai Phong by air.

Reportedly, the first flights from Hai Phong - Quang Binh will officially launch on April 29th with a capacity of three flights a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The flight duration is one hour, using 180-seat Airbus A320 aircraft.

The round-trip flights will depart from Cat Bi (Hai Phong) at 17:35 to Dong Hoi (Quang Binh) at 18:35 and the return leg from Dong Hoi (Quang Binh) at 19:10 to Cat Bi (Hai Phong) at 20:05.

Quang Binh province is home to a line-up of stunning landscapes, which have drawn increasing attraction from both domestic and foreign holiday-makers. Meanwhile, Hai Phong is one of the significant economic centres in the north with huge potentials for tourism development.

In celebration of the new route, the airline is offering promotional fares priced from only 40,000 VND (1.76 USD). The promotion is applicable from 11:00-24:00 on March 30.
