Accordingly, the Deputy Prime Minister asked Quang Binh province to prepare a plan for Quang Binh province in the 2021 - 2030 period with a vision to 2045 and well perform the planning management after it was approved. At the same time, the province should pay attention to infrastructure investment and environmental protection in tourism development to soon make tourism into a spearhead in the local economic development, with priority given to diversify the development of accompanying services, financial services; train human resource; support businesses in researching and developing typical tourism products; strengthen the connection to the developed provinces and cities in the country; deploy various types of services on tourism, finance, and retail to increase local budget revenue.

The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that Quang Binh needed to draw foreign investment’s attention, especially enterprises from modern and developed industrial countries; simultaneously improve the business investment environment, reform administrative procedures to assure transparency and disclosure of commitments with investors.
