Cha Lo Border Gate Economic Zone is one of the major economic hubs of Quang Binh province. The infrastructure of the area can accommodate arrivals of international visitors from Thailand and Laos to Vietnam by inland transportation systems. Dong Hoi - Tha Kec bus rout is now increasing its operation intensity to meet travellers’ daily transportation needs.

From Cha Lo Economic Zone along Road No.12, visitors will be taken to the mountainous districts of Minh Hoa and Tuyen Hoa to behold beautiful natural landscapes such as Cong Troi, Khe Ve and Minh Cam Cave, attend traditional full moon festivals of March 15th and visit ethnic minorities’ villages.
