The Oxalis Company Limited has its headquarters in Quang Binh Province and specializes in adventure and eco tours in Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park in Bo Trach District as well as other cave areas in the vicinity of the district. Currently, the Company is carrying out trial tours such as discovery of Son Doong Cave - the largest cave in the world; Hang Va eco tour; Rao Thuong - Hang En exploring tour and Tu Lan adventure tour.

After being put into trial operation, the number of tourists to these tours has seen a high increase, especially Son Doong tour which is fully booked for 2014.

At the meeitng, on the basis of evaluation of tourism potential, Oxalis presented the plan for exploiting new tours, including Hang Va eco tour in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park and adventure tour to Tu Lan cave system in Minh Hoa district.

Closing the meeting, PPC Chairman said that 2014 is defined as the most favorable year for tourism development, thus, travel agencies need to catch the opportunity and make a breakthrough in tourism development.

The province permits Oxalis to open cave exploration tours and encourages using helicopter in tours. Oxalis need to build up tours in details to make an impression on visitors, added Chairman.

Chairman also asked relevant agencies to create the best conditions for Oxalis to open cave exploration tours as scheduled plan.
